If you would like an updated controller, purchase this product.  After you install it, contact Dencar support via online ticketing for an RMA number and return your existing controller.  When we receive your existing controller back in good working condition, you will be refunded the purchase price less $350 and associated card processing fees if paid via credit card.  ACH processing does not incur processing fees and is not deducted from the return.
