Subject: Important Update - Required Training for Dencar Partners


Our shared goal is to provide a seamless and highly profitable experience for our car wash owners. Your expertise and hard work in the field are the backbone of that success, and we are constantly looking for ways to support you better.

Recently, we have evaluated the field performance of our systems and found that comprehensive, hands-on training results in a massively improved installation and ongoing operational experience.  Partners who have completed our specialized training have seen a drastic reduction in overall installation times and a significant drop in post-installation troubleshooting issues. Most importantly, it has led to a noticeably better experience for the car wash owner.

To ensure we are delivering this high standard of excellence across the board, we are now requiring all distributors to complete the following training programs:

  • In-Person Installation & Troubleshooting Training: We require each distributor to send at least one representative to our Dencar facility. This hands-on session will equip your team with the most up-to-date best practices for installing our systems and efficiently troubleshooting potential issues on-site.
  • Virtual Customer Management Portal (CMP) Training: We also require attendance at a virtual training session dedicated to navigating and maximizing our CMP. Please note: The exact date, time, and meeting link for this virtual session are TBD and will be shared in a follow-up email.

We firmly believe that this investment in training will make your jobs easier, protect your profit margins by reducing time spent on troubleshooting, and elevate the Dencar brand for our shared customers.
