Branded Texting

Branded Texting is now live on the Dencar point of sale platform.  To take advantage of Branded Texting, follow this link: https://carwashcommunicator.com/branded-texting/

The reason this is important is that the cell phone carriers have updated their text messaging filters for platforms that send text messages from the platform to individual cell phones.  Cell phone carriers are now blocking text messages that are not branded to the phone number.  You must take action to be able to send text messages branded from your car wash.

NOTE: Brand registration takes weeks to complete, so please don't delay.

There are additional benefits to this new model.  Once you have your own Branded Texting phone number(s), your business phone number will be the first contact with your customer.  Your business phone number(s) are also two-way text and voice calling capable.  You can engage 1:1 with your customers via text or via calling without exposing your personal cell phone number.  

Also, the Carwash Communicator platform supports Mass Messaging so you can bulk text or bulk email to your customers.  Once you have a Carwash Communicator account, you can enable the Mass Messaging module.
