Network Requirements

There are 3 primary reasons Dencar requires a commercial grade network installation.

They are:
1) Bring your car wash up to online business standards.
2) Enable Dencar to remotely configure and support your overall site.
3) Configure your site in a PCI compliant fashion so you can pass PCI audits & scanning.

Some examples of items you might have are: your CryptoPay controller, security system, video recording devices, computer, car wash equipment, etc.

As part of the new Dencar install, you will receive a new network stack of equipment. All your existing devices need to be migrated to the new network equipment. Some devices are not "plug & play" and will require someone to reconfigure them. Dencar will not configure your non-Dencar equipment. *

I understand I am responsible for transferring my old devices over to the new network that Dencar provides. I will configure the devices myself, or pay someone to do this if I don't know how.

Do you have any network settings we should prepare ahead of time to simplify the migration to the new network equipment? *

If you have any equipment running on defined (required) network IP ranges, you would tell us this here. Some common equipment that requires a defined IP network is PDQ and Petit.

I'm very comfortable with everything on this page and can handle this myself.

I'm good plugging stuff in and getting all the wiring right, but when it comes to configuring my equipment, I'm going to need to get some help.

I hate this form and I am going to pay someone to do this for me.
