Install the network equipment in the network cabinent per this standard layout

Note the WIFI access point can be installed in the equipment room at another optimal location if desired.  Also, exterior WIFI access points are not shown in this example and those installations will be site specific.

After your site is live, install the side panel access doors and front door.  Ensure the network cabinent locks are functional.
