Cash Recycler Service Program

Dencar utilizes multiple CPI cash recyclers that can all be serviced via this program. They are the BNR, the SCR, and the Talos unit.  There are 3 options that can be selected for an operator's servicing needs.

Option 1: The operator would like to minimize repair costs and will work with CPI directly.  CPI has a service level objective of 1 week for repairs.  Inclusive of the shipping time to and from, a general expectation is a repair will take 2 weeks.  If the operator does not have a service account already established with CPI, there is an initial set up process that must be completed.

To proceed with option 1, the operator will need to initiate their account set up process with CPI.  Start by emailing the following information to the CPI Service Depot:

You will need to provide your tax information typically shown on your W9.

The operator will be provided shipping instructions and will send the unit(s) directly to CPI for servicing.  The unit will be returned from CPI directly to the operator.  The operator will be billed directly by CPI for the repair.

Option 2: The operator would like to minimize down time as his priority now and in the future.  In this case, the operator can purchase a factory refurbished (or new) cash recycler from the Dencar website from the links below.  Note the in-stock availability by unit type for delivery timeline variance.

Option 3: The operator would like to minimize down time as his priority now, but is not concerned about limiting future down time.  In this case, the operator can purchase one of the factory refurbished units listed above and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Dencar and ship the impacted unit to Dencar at operator's expense.  Dencar will ship the factory refurbished unit to the operator.  Dencar will then coordinate repair with the CPI service center and receive the repaired unit back.  Once Dencar receives the repaired unit back from CPI, Dencar will refund the purchase price less the cost of repair and shipping to the operator.  Repairs are coordinated on a monthly shipping basis between CPI and Dencar so the expected time until refund is generally around 8-10 weeks.
