Summary Steps

 1) Download and install AnyDesk on the devices from when you want to access your pay station.  This can be computers, tablets, or phones.

2) Download Google Authenticator to your device
​ ​a) iOS -  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/google-authenticator/id388497605
​ ​b) Android -  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.authenticator2&hl=en_US

3) Input the AnyDesk secret that Dencar provides into your Google Authenticator app.  This will be the one-time password used to access your device.  If you don't have this secret already, open a help desk ticket here https://www.dencartechnology.com/helpdesk and request the secret.

4) You will receive the AnyDesk username and password to your device from Dencar as well.  

5) Access your device and Control Console by following this example.
